Here at the Calligraphy Co we highly recommend placement envelopes and escort cards, a great alternative to a Table Plan.
Arranged in alphabetical order, your guests locate their names which are handwritten on the placement envelopes. Your guest will find their envelope to reveal an escort card directing them to where they are seated.
It is also great for any late changes or additions that may need to be made to your guest list, as a Table Plan cannot be altered once finished.
